Week 3: BURN

Today’s BURN workout will help you build endurance and cardiovascular stamina as well as full body strength. We’ll continue to use timed intervals, practicing foundational movements and pushing yourself to go further so you feel the burn!

You will need a chair and 2 cans/hand weights.
